Option "Publish posts in random order"

Did they correct the option to randomly post from the queue ? Last time i tried it, it didnt work, i opened a ticket 2 years ago, i reopened again but they just closed it without a message. Is there stuff still working on this site ? Are they still maintaining it ? They put in place premium members, what for ? Buggy website ?
