Chats work but can no longer upload (share) images from PC or blog into chats like before - only from feed

Camera button in chat which takes you to device will bring image into chat but when you hit the SHARE button it doesn't populate. Same with using the SHARE feature if in your blog or archive. Sharing directly from feed DOES work with share. I have tried on two different browsers. Someone I was chatting with was able to do it. But I haven't changed any browser settings....
