Side bar advertisements

I wouldn't mind seeing more ads to help pay for the site but PLEASE give me some control over what shows up.  I'm gay and nothing is more gross than to have a naked woman fingering herself on the side while I'm looking at the feed.  It just makes me want to shut it down for the night and be done.  At least have something that recognizes what my interests are.  I've even filled out my profile to prevent this but it is still going on.  Help fix it.  It is a waste of money for advertisers to not reach their target audience and it is also no good for those of us who aren't seeing advertisements that we might be interested in.   Just a thought.  Thanks
