I login and wait and wait and wait for images to appear ... all I see are the "dancing lines" ... Sometimes, I wait for 5 minutes (actual timing) ... W T F?

  Thats nothing I've been unable to edit, add to or access my groups for two months and no one replies to help request. They're pathetic

  I can confirm, no responses to tickets. Munch dead, twitter dead, all silent. I'd advice to try reblogme.com instead. Similar experience but it works with responsive staff.

  Considering the mess they are in that might not be the most awesome job out there, but if you're after a challenge there's one.

  Sure should be a competitive salary for the trouble :)

  I keep getting alerts from my virus scanner (ESET) that the loading page has a Trojan Virus and it blocks me from the site. Told bdsmlr about this about 2 weeks ago -- no response.

  I've been using reblogme.com for 3-4 weeks. There's not as many blogs but it's growing and at least it works!

  I don't even dare to visit bdsmlr with phone due to that, it's really bad.  It was reported 2 months ago with pleas in twitter for help, did they care? No. Makes you really wonder what the hell really happened here? Staff was one of the best I've ever seen

  In the meantime I agree reblogme.com seems to be growing and it's working very well. I personally message a lot and iPhone app makes that a breeze. It's nowhere as busy as bdsmlr but perhaps that changes the way things are going?

  Same for me ... using my phone here is just painful.  As to responses ... maybe they should as a customer service rep to their hiring list?  Been on reblogme and I like where it's heading ... but fair warning: I've been on bdsmlr a long time, and they started out very well, too.  A lot of people here remember when this site was awesome, and then watched it slowly slide downhill.  Might be the same fate for reblogme, I dunno.

  They definitely should do that. They should also definitely get someone who is monitoring the user experience but there's plenty of "must do's" on this site yet none are being made. Change here happened last February so almost a year ago. There has been talk that the site was sold back then but I have not seen any definite proof about that. Changes were made though, that's for sure.
