    I've been getting the 500 error for 3 weeks now. Have had a ticket into the help desk for 17 days with no resolution or response. Sounds like it auto-magically resolved for you? What, if anything, did you do to resolve it?

    I cleared cookies (token gesture) left it 30mins and tried again and it worked. I am using the Samsung mobile browser though so don't know if that makes a difference?
