No "Submit a request" link anymore

Cannot upload any pics under 10mb jpg gif or png

and the link at top right of zendesk "Submit a request" is missing so you cannot submit a request. I've grown to like bdsmlr Why does it have to be the one that never works right. Getting really fuckin old.  Can't find any other site I like as well though. Pisses me off...

  I'm seeing the "Submit a Request" link & I submitted one to tell them that chat isn't working again just about 15mins ago. I'm on my laptop though so maybe log on on your laptop, PC, or table & see if you can see it there.
