I would love a feature that allows you to add a note to every post in your queue so you dont have to go through 200+ posts individually adding a note to it.

I know I could do it as I add the post to queue but I dont always remember so it would be amazing to do it en masse

  Basically extend the mass post editor to the queue (and drafts, since it's essentially the same).

  I'd like to see it work for queue tags as well.
