submit post to another blog

is it possible to have a submit post to another blog functionality added to list of improvements. Tumblr has a setting to toggle the function on or of for the owners blog. when true an person can submit a post to the owner who can approve or reject the post.

  Hello there,

  This already exists. You can find it while visiting any personal blog and clicking on the paper plane icon. You can then submit images to another blog for approval.
