Feature request: Ability to specify why we are reporting a post

I would like to request that a feature that allows us to describe/explain why we are reporting a post be added to the WEB BROWSER version of the site.  I know such a feature exists for mobile, but I mainly use BDSMLR through my PC and I feel the ability to explain my reasons for reporting a post there is important so there is no misunderstanding.
