Why do videos not show thumbnails sometimes?
Pretty much what the title says. And how do I go about adding a thumbnail to my videos, if thats even a feature.

Hello there,
It's automatic, but in some cases the thumbnail can't be created from the video so it doesn't show up. Possible reasons are encoding and extremely short length. It can also take up to 5 minutes for the thumbnails to appear after the download.
