How to make a reminder to a question?

I opened a question about one week ago but it’s still unanswered. Is there a way to send a reminder to the staff? This is a general question hoping that it can be useful to other members. Thanks.

  Heyas!

  We have had bit of a backlog recently, so if the question has been very general it's possible it has taken / takes a bit we get back. 

  Have you gotten a reply so far or is it st ill unanswered?

  The Staff asked me for a clarification. I gave it. Thus the ticket is still open.

  That's fine. I will wait for a reply from the Staff. Thanks.
