Outstanding Ticket
Hello!
I submitted Request 7926 about eight days ago, and I haven't gotten a response.
I absolutely understand that the whole world is on fire, and that's going to delay things, but I did see you mention in another recent response that you didn't have any outstanding tickets.
...sooooo... I ... sooort of was hoping this might be a suitable forum to ask if, maybe, I could get a hand with my ticket?

We have to prioritize at the moment and at some cases it can take quite a while that we get back, we definitely do so ASAP though, in fact we're going through the back queue tonight and during the weekend so we definitely get there very soon. Apologies about the late responses!
