Can't Upoad Anything?

It started a little while ago...

Getting the "keep it under 6MB" message even though the images are well below 6MB. I can't even upload stuff that I uploaded an hour ago, getting the same message.

Someone moved a decimal?

  Indeed there was an interruption due to traffic spike. We have added more processing power to deal with the issue. All up and running normally again.

  I am also having the same issue.  Started a new blog a few days ago and using Chrome on a PC if that helps with your testing.
