Blocked users
A blog I blocked is still able to reblog my content from other blogs. They have me blocked but I can see them reblogging my stuff leaving horrible homophobic captions. They've done this before so I blocked them and I didn't see them again for awhile until today. Is there a report feature or a way to set post so that other people can't remove your caption or add their own?

Sometimes the blog you've blocked can still see your post on the dash and vice-versa. Happened to me before and still happening now and again. Unless things changed from 6 months ago when I made a post about this very issue, this is a bug and you should send a support ticket with the link to that specific post so they can make sure it's properly blocked.
Abused of report just because it's a kink that turn you off might get you ban yourself, so I would advice against that.
