email credentials not recognised

I'm trying to gain access to this site. I have registered with a username and password, but when trying to log in, I get a "credentials not recognised".....any ideas?

  Contact us with a support request (you can find it from top of this page). You have more than likely typoed your email / you're trying to log in with wrong email. Please let us know the email you're trying to log in and your blog's name (blogname.bdsmlr.com)
