I had the same problem. I found a fix.

Two possible issues. First, as far as I can tell, the AND search (or multitag search or whatever you want to call it) is simply not working at all right now. Not on mobile or desktop.

Second, once they get it working again, you have to use the generic (vertical) single quote character. On an iphone, if you hit the single quote key, it will look at whether you are at the start of a word or the end, and give you either an open quotation character or a close quotation character (both are slightly slanted). The search engine doesn't recognize those. On the iphone, the way you select the generic single quote character is to press and hold the single quote key on the keyboard until the alternate options pop up (three slanted ones and the vertical one you want). On my iphone, when the alternates pop up, it defaults to the vertical one so I just have to hold it until the alternates pop up and then let go. I'm not sure how you get the generic single quote on an Android.

Or you can copy and paste the 'tag, tag2, tag3' from their instructions then edit the tags and keep their quotation marks.

We actually rolled out fixes for this. apostrophes of all kinds work now, iphone used different quote (apostrophe) just like @Mrac867 mentioned but we have fixed the issue.

So, in short this should work both on mobile and desktop now.

Multitag search still does not work for the android app(Dec 25th update) and has never worked yet, and is still broken on browsers(posts do not include both tags searched for in 'tag1, tag2' format)
