Unclickable Blogs which start with a -

So, lately I have noticed a lot of blogs named to start with a -:

Example:

http://-bambi-.bdsmlr.com/

https://-yacs-.bdsmlr.com/

This makes the URL unclickable and you can't access the blogs.....is there any reason behind this? Did I miss something? Why are people doing this?

  Please report such blogs directly to us by submitting a request and we will fix them :). They are blogs made early this year / last year when our validation did let such blog names through.
