Put "reblog as" down the bottom

When you have multiple accounts, "reblog as" appears at the top of the post while all the other stuff (description, tags, etc) is at the bottom. Could you move the "reblog as" down near the other stuff so you don't have to scroll up (especially on a long post) to reblog as the right blog? This would save me a lot of accidental mis-blogs/mis-queues!

  I remember this was an annoyance in Tumblr too.

  This was listed a "planned" a year ago. What happened? It doesn't seem like it should be a very difficult change to make, just moving the field to the bottom of the post.
