Can we get a link, on the BDSMLR dashboard/home page to directly get to this support site please?

It would be easier to click that link, then try to find/remember this page's url.

(I know I can make my own bookmark, but I think there should be a support link directly on the site's home page, since we are now using this.)

  This is already added just like @Jennie informed :). You can find two links to the support platform from that menu. "Contact us" and "FAQ".

  Click the little person icon, then "contact us". That should lead here.
