Saving Reblogged Posts as Drafts, Queuing from Drafts

First- YAY for the new Drafts folder- Nice ☺.

This is a two part request to maximize Drafts flexibility:  
Is it possible to add the ability to save reblogs -of others' posts and our own previously posted items- to Drafts? This could be done (from us users' POV) by adding an Add to Drafts option to the Reblog button on each post: Reblog, Add to Queue, Add to Drafts.

Second: Is it possible to give us the option to choose to publish from Drafts or add to Queue from Drafts?
